How do I add my custom logo or image?

Once we receive your order, we’ll send you an email with instructions for uploading your logo, image, and any text you’d like engraved on the item.

Will I receive a proof before my item is engraved?

Yes. We’ll send you a digital proof within 1–2 business days for your approval. Your item will not be engraved until you approve the design.

What file types do you accept?

We prefer high-quality PNG, SVG, PDF, or JPG files. For the best engraving results, please provide a clear, high-resolution image with a simple background whenever possible.

Can you help clean up or prepare my logo for engraving?

Yes. We can make basic adjustments to help your logo or image engrave properly. More detailed artwork or extensive design changes may require an additional design fee.

Can I add names, dates, or a personalized message?

Absolutely. Most of our products can be customized with names, dates, initials, quotes, business logos, or special messages.

How long does it take to complete an order?

Most custom orders are completed within 5–10 business days after the final design proof is approved. Larger or more detailed orders may require additional time.

Do you accept rush orders?

Rush orders may be available depending on our current production schedule. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and any additional rush fees.

Can I make changes after approving the proof?

Once the proof has been approved, production may begin immediately. Changes requested after approval may not be possible and could result in additional fees or delays.

Can I return or exchange a personalized item?

Because personalized products are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or we made an error with your order.

What happens if I submit incorrect information?

Please carefully review all names, dates, spelling, and design details before approving your proof. Freedom Engraving is not responsible for errors that were included in an approved design.

Will every engraved item look exactly the same?

Natural materials such as wood, leather, and slate may vary in color, grain, texture, and engraving appearance. These natural differences make each item unique.

Do you offer bulk or business orders?

Yes. We work with businesses, real estate professionals, organizations, wedding parties, and event planners. Contact us for bulk pricing and custom order options.

Can you create a completely custom project?

Yes. We love helping customers bring their ideas to life. Contact us with your vision, preferred product, quantity, and desired completion date so we can discuss the project.

Do you ship orders?

Yes. Shipping options and costs are calculated during checkout. Local pickup may also be available for customers in Florida’s Space Coast depending on scheduling and family activities (this is a family run business) but we will work with you.

How should I care for my engraved item?

Care instructions depend on the product and material. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaning products, and prolonged soaking unless the item is specifically listed as dishwasher-safe.
